Baby Shower Funny Messages

We learned through a message ingenieriaquimica.org the existence of two websites dedicated to providing free books:

Bookbon
Apparently the books are created expressly for this company. They have a lot of advertisements within the books.

eLibros.cl

Use rapidshare, some books are from the former editorial MIR. (They have links to classics such as Calculus Piskunov)

Xepisodes.com On Ipodtouch

few days ago I shared thoughts with tablecloth and two businessmen friends and one of them, the wine sector, told us about the problem posed by supermarkets to large companies due to new supplier purchasing policy (supply chain management) related with the success of its brands, ie non-brands.

First of all, I want to clarify that while it is true that Carrefour, Wal Mart and major retailing chains have always released products with your name, what has made Squire Mercadona is truly innovative.

The classic model used by the supermarkets is to sell a commodity (rice, sugar, pasta, ..) under its brand: instead of selling or Gallo Barilla pasta, to name two, Carrefour sells pasta, produced under requested by a third company that sells its product without its frame.

This has an advantage if you're small and you have nothing to lose: the large area required at first you do not you have ISOs or standard processes and therefore gives you sales volumes and some benefits, in 2 or 3 years you have to meet the specifications of the supplier, who begins to ask further falls in prices and sales continued (two for one) that make a lot of drop in your inmate account and just process.

By not sell your brand, if tomorrow's great buys the dough surface to a Chinese supplier, Polish or Indian, which is offered at a lower price, you're out and nobody knows you (the people know your pasta but associated with Carrefour brand / day ..).

Mercadona has broken the scheme and is now manufacturing products under the brand Squire, that is not outsourced, but the factory directly.

The industry is very concerned and many factories are closing, the largest distributors of juice, for example, have lost business today morning before the brand juices produced Mercadona and not now.

The book "Consumering" Javier Rovira announced that there are two things that we can not give: our brand and own the distribution chain, point of sales.

Think about it please.

What To Right On A Wedding Card

Trust Marketing white markings

In 1995 Francis Fukuyama wrote this great book about the concept of "trust" at all levels, when marketing still is not talking about branding and creating emotional bonds of long-term trust with stakeholders in your business, especially with your customers.

It is true that Mktg is a very inexact science, there are many gurus blowing smoke and that the reality is very stubborn, especially in this time of crisis.

is also true that it is very easy to preach about the mass mktg and the need to establish loyal relationships with customers, but when you apply these concepts to your shop, factory TU, TU industrial zone far away from the glamor of Palo Alto, you begin to doubts about its effectiveness, especially when all your customer is concerned is the price and be able to pay for 180 days, tops.

Ultimately, building trust, talent and attitude are what make the real difference in a company where marketing begins and everything: the excellence of our customer service is the sum of the excellence of our employees and this is achieved by adding enpowerment talent, confidence and understanding with delegating actions in our people, giving you the freedom to take risks and make mistakes, sharing a dream, a project where everyone counts.

Mktg Marketing is also internal. You know and listen, convey confidence (confidence, trust) and competition. Be an engineer, a technician at a meeting, knowing that probably screw it up with the customer, when asked how it is about our product, when tested and polished it is, what problems we have in our platform.

's "marketing people" and sales do not usually do this: "Well, I did and although sometimes I wanted to strangle my naive, kind, honest and competent engineers, I played my match and I knew that long-term what he was doing was to earn the trust of my client, not to sell something NOW, but to sell you something THROUGHOUT LIFE.

I've never regretted Thanks to this, Amper, a small English company in Australia did not know how to put on a map, won there more technology export contract in the history of Spain (until then, 1997), without a dollar of public funding for merit and daring, the work of these great engineers, for their talent, their ability to execute a trust marketing. "

Marketing is also counted, for a great feat like this is not to lose consciousness.

Operation Repo The Movie Free

Microcontrollers are chips that can cost U.S. $ 1-2 (or more depending also complexity) and contain a large number of functions. Are programmable as a minicomputer, but also have extras such as analog-digital converters (Very useful for connecting sensors).

Gradually the use thereof will be created providing the most user-friendly tools for programming. A very good tutorials, very handy and short, can be seen in this link .

Nokia and platforms in flames

Stephen Elop, CEO of Nokia, has done something unusual in the corporate world and I think his gesture will create a mountain of comments in the media and certainly not all good.

http://www.engadget.com/2011/02/08/nokia-ceo-stephen-elop-rallies-troops-in-brutally-honest-burnin/

This link seems to find a memorandum sent the entire company, denouncing the dramatic situation that is Nokia, advanced by the left, right, up and down the old competitors, the new (Apple and Google) and future ("in China make new terminals with the speed in which we prepared a Power Point presentation on the same "). The Chinese are quick, cheap and very good.
addition
The memorandum recognizes that competition is making them not only terminal but whole ecosystems: the text is overwhelming and it starts with the true story of a technician working on an oil rig: suddenly an explosion and fire covers the entire election is stay and die burned or thrown 30 meters below the icy North Sea.

coach jumped and saved his life, did something that was never in their plans, nor in the more remote.

This is what has to Nokia and all the companies that for whatever reason have lost focus and direction: face reality, to call things by their name and face.

Never mind that the letter is a montage: what you say is absolutely true and I hope very much that the CEO has had the guts to write and send their people, many experts, as always, those who are never wrong why I never take a gamble, they'll say the CEO is taking his company to the lions.

I think the market, you know, is well aware of the situation of the Finnish giant and I am sure that instead of penalizing the title, reward this attitude with confidence: This CEO has a clear, going to drive all bureaucrats who have settled in their chairs, enjoying the last success without working for the future success and make the business work without complex new challenges, taking the necessary risks and leveraging the vast talent in Nokia, which until now was not heard or been worth.

Dear Mr. Elop, already has a follower on Twitter.

The fantastic microcontrollers chemical kinetics data

One of the most important data in the design process are the kinetics reaction. This elusive information is not always easy to find and may be defining when deciding on a university project topic.

Below are several ways to obtain reaction kinetics. Experimentally

* * Scientific papers (very detailed data for all parameters) Relatively easy to access through a university library.

* Thesis (Also very useful, very descriptive explanations) can be accessed through a university library, in some cases may take a while to be obtained in other abiertaemnte cases are available in PDF universities.

* Databases reactions.
Among these we have the following:
NIST (mostly gas-phase reactions)

SAGE (Biochemistry)
IUPAC (mostly gas-phase reactions of environmental interest)

* Patent (usually contain limited data, the examples can reveal concentrations and conversion under different conditions, to estimate some parameters if one uses a suitable model.)

* Thousands of other sources that come to mind (Textbooks , programs computer, manual of plants used for sale, etc)

Store Names For A Resale

Microsoft offers plugin for Word

Microsoft Generally one associates more with the marketing and business office software, and you'd think they do not have the slightest interest to benefit the stakeholders in science.
For this reason, the day February 2, 2011 we were very surprised to receive an e-mail revealing that Microsoft has released version 1.0 of a free pluguin word chemistry. The same is called chem4word lets you draw chemical formulas and contains additional data and compatibility with chemical databases.

We do not know how useful this tool is to facilitate the work of chemists, but apparently the developers see it as an application example of the new trend "semantics" where the data contain additional items that give more utility (in this case the name of each atom in the formula, for example). Apparently the group is interested in further developing the software to include with the formulas other related data such as spectroscopic peaks of a molecule.

The beta version was launched in 2010 at the annual meeting of the American Chemical Society. version 1.0 was released on January 1.
